How to Make It

1. Cook or rehydrate the tapioca pearls per package instructions. Drain and coat with brown sugar syrup
2. Swirl the brown sugar syrup around the inside of a tall glass to create tiger stripes
3. Pour cold milk (dairy, oat, almond, or soy) over the pearls and syrup
4. Fill with ice and serve immediately — stir gently before drinking
