How to brew

• Hot: Place one sachet in a cup, add 200–220ml boiling water, steep 5–8 minutes. Beans can be eaten directly after brewing
• Cold brew: Place sachet in 500–600ml cold water, refrigerate 8–12 hours. Best consumed within 1 day. Discard if sour or astringent
• Cook with it: After brewing, stir the beans into rice, congee, or soup for added nutrition and fiber
• Adjust brewing time to personal taste. Sediment after brewing is natural
