For most of its history, hotpot was a dish that was served in a communal manner with the pot at the center of the table. One of the major innovations in the early 2000s was the introduction of the individual hotpot dining experience made popular by the Little Swan (Xiao Tiane) restaurant group. This made the hotpot experience more personalized with different soup bases that could be customized to each customer. That same idea and those experiences are now available to our customers with the Mini Hotpot Seasoning perfect for individual or smaller group settings.
Ingredients
Palm oil, Chili, Bean Paste (Chili, Salt, Wheat flour), Monosodium glutamate(E621), Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Sichuan Peppercorn, Amomum tsao-ko, Bay leaves, Fennel, Cinnamon.
Cooking Instructions
1. Add 400ml of water or broth and one cube of hotpot seasoning to the pot.
2. After boiling, enjoy it with your favorite meat and vegetables.
