Rapeseed Oil, Chili, Bean Paste (Chili, Salt, Broad Bean, Wheat Flour), Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Fennel, Cinnamon, Amomum tsao-ko, Bay Leaves, White Sugar, Sichuan Peppercorn.
1. Cook 600g of meat, vegetables, and seafood in a pot with water, drain and set aside.
2. Add 150g of oil to a pot, and stir-fry all cooked ingredients until fragrant. Mix Sichuan-style spicy pot sauce to the pot and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, and cook until all ingredients are soft and flavorful.
