Ingredients
Rapeseed Oil, Bean Sauce (Chili, Salt, Broad Bean, Wheat Flour), Scallion, Ginger, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Pickled chili, Salt, White Sugar, Sichuan Peppercorn, Chili.
Cooking Instructions
1. Cut 400g of tofu into 1 cm cubes.
2. Heat 50g of oil in a pot and stir-fry 50g of minced beef until fragrant. Mix the seasoning with the appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Add tofu cubes and cook until it is done. Add corn starch to get rid of excess water before serving. Enjoy it with chopped green onions on top.
